One of the good things about the seventies and early eighties in Sweden was that you were able to play live on national radio every now and then (if you were lucky). A tour would often begin or end with a radio recording. The programs were called Tonkraft, Gästspel or Lunchmusik. These pictures are from 1982 and were taken in Stockholm. Producer Anders Klintevall can be seen smoking in the studio, something that would be right out of order today.
The IB line up at the time was Mats Nilsson (guitar/vocals), Mats Johansson (keyboards/vocals), Jan Severinsson (mallets, keyboards, percussion, flute), Kjell Severinsson (drums/percussion) and "Lingon" Johansson (bass).

Are you a young(-ish) musician interested in devoloping your skills? Do you want to visit Halmstad, Sweden? Meet like-minded musicians and seasoned pros? In that case, IB Expo Camp and IB Expo LAB may be of interest to you.

September 25 - October 1 - 2016:
- IB Expo Camp, an international project where musicians meet to further their musicianship and share experiences through masterclasses and interactive learning.

September 9-10, October 7-8, October 14-15, October 28-29 - 2016
- IB Expo LAB, a pedagogical forum with varying profiles. The current theme is music production in practise and theory, involving equipment knowledge and handling, acoustics, recording, editing, mixing and mastering. The instructors are experienced professionals from the vast field of music production.
